About Us

In 2010, a 13 year old kid found a copy of Michael Jackson's Thriller at a local Value Village. Fast forward five years and on the evening of July 3, 2015, that same kid (now in high school) opened up his garage doors to the public to sell records and vintage stereo equipment. After receiving a $3,000 government grant, Jordan Chesney created the infamous “Jordan’s Vinyl Garage”. After becoming a local hit in the summer of 2015, Jordan unfortunately had to close his doors to attend Queen's University. Although Jordan was busy with academics and school, he never stopped doing the one thing he loved, collecting vinyl. From 2015 to 2020, Jordan built up a prestigious collection of over 10,000 records. With his new-found business knowledge from Queen's, along with a desirable record collection, Jordan decided to open up his (online) garage doors to the public for the first time in over 5 years. Jordan’s Vinyl Garage was founded on the presence of two things: Good quality records and fair prices. If you are at all curious about Jordan's background, credentials or social life, feel free to give him a shout at contact@jordansvinylgarage.com
